How to Use Blueidea Massager

Step 1 – Prepare the Skin

Clean and dry the area where you want to place the electrode pads. Remove excess oil, cream or dirt so the pads can make proper contact with the skin.

Step 2 – Connect the Pads

Connect the electrode wires to the electrode pads and then connect the wires to the corresponding ports on the main unit.

Step 3 – Place the Pads

Remove the protective film and place the pads on the desired muscle area.

Important: Follow the electrode placement diagram supplied with your particular Blueidea model.

Step 4 – Switch On

Turn on the device and select the desired body-area/program mode.

Step 5 – Select Massage Mode

Choose the massage sensation or therapy mode you prefer, such as:

• Massage
• Tapping
• Pressing
• Rubbing
• Other available programmed modes

Different Blueidea models may have different mode names and controls.

Step 6 – Adjust Intensity

Start at the lowest intensity and gradually increase it to a comfortable level.

The sensation should remain comfortable. Do not increase the intensity simply to make the pulses stronger.

Step 7 – Set the Treatment Time

Many versions use a default treatment period of approximately 15 minutes, although the exact timing depends on the model.

Step 8 – Finish Safely

Turn the device OFF before removing or repositioning the electrode pads. Never move the pads while the device is operating.

• Do not use the device while bathing or in wet environments.
• Do not place electrode pads on broken, irritated or infected skin.
• Do not place pads over the eyes, front of the neck, head or directly across the chest.
• Keep the device away from children.
• Start with low intensity.
• Stop immediately if you experience unusual pain, dizziness, skin irritation or other discomfort.
• Do not use while sleeping or driving.
